What does the integration between CareAcademy and Axxess do?
Agencies that integrate their CareAcademy and Axxess accounts can take advantage of the following features:
- Administrators can log in to CareAcademy via Axxess (single sign-on).
Our team is continuing to build additional integration features and will expand this list as new features are released.
How do I start my free trial of the Axxess integration?
Step 1: Log into your Axxess account. CareAcademy is accessed through the Axxess Training and Certification button that you will find when you click "Axxess Planner" on the top right corner.
Step 2: Once you navigate there, scroll down to the section that says CareAcademy.
Step 3: Click on the CareAcademy box that says Program. You will be directed to a new page.
Step 4: On the next page, you will see two options. Select Enroll, the option on the right side of the page.
Step 5: You will be redirected to a form to create your free trial. Fill in your First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Company Name, and State in the applicable fields.
Step 6: Once all fields are complete, click the Submit button to finish setting up your CareAcademy free trial.
