CareAcademy makes it easy to quickly view the training progress of your caregivers right on your Admin Dashboard! There are a variety of options including filtering, sorting, and progress indicators.

How to sort caregivers on the Admin Dashboard
Administrators have a variety of options for how they would like to sort caregivers on their Admin Dashboard by clicking in the following area:
By Default, caregivers are sorted by Annual Training due date - oldest to newest.
- Clicking Name/Phone
- Down Arrow - Alphabetically by last name (Z-A)
- Up Arrow - Alphabetically by last name (A-Z)
- Clicking progress under Initial training
- Down Arrow - Lowest to highest progress percentage
- Up Arrow - Highest to lowest progress percentage
- Clicking due date under Initial training
- Down Arrow - Oldest to newest date
- Up Arrow - Newest to oldest date
- Clicking progress under Annual training
- Down Arrow - Lowest to highest progress percentage
- Up Arrow - Highest to lowest progress percentage
- Clicking due date under Annual training
- Down Arrow - Oldest to newest date
- Up Arrow - Newest to oldest date
Understanding the progress indicators on the Admin Dashboard
Let's use the following as an example:
- Caregiver - Alex Karev
- Initial Training -
- Alex completed all of his initial training with your organization through CareAcademy, indicated by the badge and date. He finished on 4/20/2022.
- Annual Training -
- Alex is 11% of the way through annual training. He has not completed any classes in annual training. Annual training is overdue by 1 year.
- Initial Training -
- Caregiver - Jo Wilson
- Initial Training -
- Jo is 25% of the way through her initial training. It is overdue by 6 months.
- Annual Training -
- Jo cannot start working on annual training until initial training is finished. Jo is 0% of the way through annual training for that reason. Annual training is overdue by 2 months.
- Initial Training -
- Caregiver - Meredith Grey
- Initial Training -
- Since there is no badge or date, but it is showing complete, initial training was waived for Meredith in CareAcademy. This means she completed her initial training elsewhere.
- Annual Training -
- Meredith is 14% of the way through her annual training. It is overdue by 1 month.
- Initial Training -
- Caregiver - Christina Yang
- Initial Training -
- Since there is no badge or date, but it is showing complete, initial training was waived for Christina in CareAcademy. This means she completed her initial training elsewhere.
- Annual Training -
- Christina is 20% of the way through her annual training. It is due in 10 months.
- Initial Training -
- Caregiver - Miranda Bailey
- Initial Training -
- Miranda has not completed any classes in initial training. Initial training is overdue by 1 month.
- Annual Training -
- Meredith cannot start working on annual training until initial training is finished. Jo is 0% of the way through annual training for that reason. Annual training is due in 1 year.

How to take a closer look at an individual caregiver's progress
Locate the caregiver on your Admin Dashboard. Select the arrow to expand their caregiver profile.
Here, you will see the training your caregiver is enrolled in. This view will show you what classes have been started and how far along they are, as well as what classes have been completed.
In the example above, the caregiver has completed three classes in their annual training. They failed Introduction to Dementia Care, but they can still try again. They failed Overview of Diabetes Mellitus Care six times, so an administrator will need to reset that exam. If there were no words below the class on the left, that would mean the caregiver has not started that class yet. You might also see how much of the class they have completed thus far if they did start it.
