Franchise Managers have access to a multi-location dashboard to easily manage dashboards within their organization. With the multi-location dashboard, they can navigate to individual dashboards, pull reports for all dashboards, and view metrics for all dashboards. When a Franchise Manager logs in, they will see the multi-location dashboard listing all dashboards associated with their franchise. The Franchise Manager will have full access to all the dashboards they see. This means they have the ability to manage caregivers and administrators, assign training, and pull reports.
Franchise Managers can navigate to an individual dashboard from this multi-location dashboard by clicking the name of the dashboard on the left, or the dashboard icon on the far right.
Once a dashboard is accessed, Franchise Manager can navigate between the other dashboards.
Another option is to return to the multi-location dashboard. To do so, follow these steps:
Step 1: Start by clicking the Account button on the upper right.
Step 2: Click Agencies Dashboard to return to the multi-location dashboard.
