Effective billing management is crucial for the smooth operation of any organization. On the Organization Management page, admins with billing privileges, such as Agency Owners and Billing Managers, can access tools to streamline this process. This page allows them to:
- View Invoice History and Status: Keep track of past invoices and their current statuses, ensuring clear and accurate financial records.
- View and Update Payment Method: Manage and update payment methods to ensure seamless and timely transactions.
- View and Update Physical Billing Address: Maintain and update the physical billing address, ensuring the correct address appears on all customer invoices.
To Access the billing page:
Step 1: Log in via go.careacademy.com to access your Admin Dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the upper right corner and click on the dropdown menu next to your username.
Step 3: Select the "Organization Management" option.
Step 4: Select the "Billing" tab option.
In the Billing section, you can find your billing history, as well as a button to edit your payment info
