Deleting caregivers from your dashboard will disable caregivers from accessing their classes. However, they will still be able to access their certificates.
NOTE: Once a caregiver is deleted from the dashboard, all class progress and certificates will be erased, and they will be unable to be retrieved. Deleted caregivers will not appear in your Deactivated Caregiver tab. You also will not be able to access your caregiver's certificate(s). However, you may re-add them to your dashboard via the "New Caregiver" button to create a new profile.
We strongly recommend deactivating caregivers instead of deleting them as we do not charge your account to store this information. You may find more information on how to deactivate caregivers here
Individually deleting caregivers:
Step 1: Log in to your dashboard via go.careacademy.com.
Step 2: In your dashboard, select the desired caregiver to expand their account details.
Step 3: Select the Options button.
Step 4: Select the "Delete" button.
Step 5: Confirm you'd like to delete the caregiver. Once deleted, you'll receive a notification at the lower right of the admin dashboard confirming that the caregiver is deleted.
Bulk deleting caregivers:
Step 1: Log in to your dashboard via go.careacademy.com.
Step 2: Locate the caregivers you want to delete, and select the box to the left of their name. To select all caregivers, check the box to the left of "Name/Phone".
Step 3: Select "Bulk Actions".
Step 4: Press the Delete option.
Step 5: Confirm you would like to delete the caregivers. Once deleted, you'll receive a notification at the lower right of the admin dashboard confirming that the caregivers are deleted.
