1. Individually deleting caregivers:
1. Log into your CareAcademy account:

2. From your dashboard, click on the caregiver you want to delete
1. At the bottom of the caregiver’s information, locate three vertical dots
2. Click on the three dots
3. Click on the “Delete” option
3. Note: Deleting a caregiver will permanently remove them from your account. However, all training records will still be retained for your agency in CareAcademy. We recommended “Deleting” a caregiver If you never expect to work with that caregiver again. If there is a possibility you will work with a caregiver again, we recommend using our “Deactivate” feature instead, which makes it easier to add the caregiver back to your agency in the future.

Bulk deleting caregivers:
1. Log into your CareAcademy account:

2. From your dashboard, you will see a list of your caregivers. Next to each caregivers’ name is a small checkbox. Click on the checkboxes next to the caregivers that need to be deleted.
3. Scroll back to the top of the page.
4. Directly underneath the “Search” bar is a button that says “Delete.”
5. Click on the “Delete” button
6. All selected caregivers will now be “Deleted” from your agency.
