When a caregiver is added to a CareAcademy dashboard, they are automatically sent an initial welcome email containing information about how to set their password. If your caregiver did not receive this email, it is still possible for them to set a password and log into the system using the email address or phone number associated with their account.
Please direct your caregiver to the following article for instructions on how to set up their password without a welcome email: I did not receive my welcome email from CareAcademy.
As an administrator, you also have the ability to manually set or reset the password for one of your caregivers at any time. Review this article for instructions on how to set a caregiver's password from your administrator account.
If your caregiver is still experiencing difficulty logging in after following the above instructions, please have them contact our Customer Success team directly for assistance.
