1. When caregivers are added to CareAcademy, they are sent an initial invitation email. The title of this email is “Your CareAcademy Account Is Ready!”
2. If your caregiver did not receive this, you can use our “Password Reset” feature to have a new access email sent.

4. Helpful tip: Caregivers can request a new password to either their email or their mobile phone number. If the email is not working after multiple attempts, we recommend trying with your phone number.
