CareAcademy will send automated email and text messages to your caregivers to remind them when their training is due. The timing of these messages is during weekdays and weekends between 8am and 7pm. When these messages are sent are on the following schedule, according to either initial or annual training being due:
Initial Training
Caregivers that have initial training due are emailed and sent a text message within 30 minutes of being added to your dashboard (by adding a New Caregiver). From then on, each caregiver will receive an automated email and text message every 7 days reminding them that training is due.
Annual Training
Caregivers that have annual training due within 60 days (or are past due) will receive an automated email and text message reminder 2 months before the due date, 1 month before, 2 weeks, 1 week, 3 days before, the day before, the day of their due date and then the reverse once they become overdue.

You can view all email and text communication with your caregivers via the "Message Log" accessible at the top of your admin dashboard:
