1. If you are onboarding a caregiver that used CareAcademy at their previous agency (or is a part of multiple dashboards within the same agency), follow these steps:
2. Ensure that the caregiver has been deleted from their previous agency. If you are unsure of this, contact CareAcademy Support.

3. CareAcademy never deletes a caregiver’s data. If you re-add a caregiver with the same email address or phone number, all of the data, including past course statuses, should appear.
