1. Certain states require particular classes to be completed after the completion of Initial Training. Specifically, caregivers must complete a class that is separate from the Initial and Annual curricula.
2. For example, a state requires caregivers to take “Overview of Mobility and Safety Equipment” within 9 months of hire.
3. To meet these separate requirements, simply add the corresponding class to caregivers either individually or in bulk. To learn how to add classes (individually and in bulk), click here.
4. In the example given above, if the agency admin wanted to add the extra required class after a caregiver has completed initial training, the admin would select the caregiver and add the class with a due date set 9 months after the caregiver’s hire date.
