Agencies that provide an in-house orientation for their caregivers can document completion of that orientation training in CareAcademy's dashboard.
To document orientation:
1. Log onto your CareAcademy dashboard.
2. Select the caregiver for whose orientation you would like to document.
3. Click the waive button next to the Orientation class in the caregiver's list of Initial Training classes.
4. Under "How was this class completed?" select Agency Class or Other.
5. Fill in all empty fields. If your agency is part of a franchise, the description field may be pre-filled for you.
6. Once all fields are complete, select the save button at the bottom of the screen.
