Agencies whose dashboards are set up to enroll caregivers in annual training 60 days before each caregiver’s due date can choose to enroll an individual caregiver early in his or her annual classes.
Step 1: Go to your agency’s dashboard.
Step 2: Search for the user you want to enroll early in their annual classes.
Step 3: Click on the down arrow to the right of the user’s name to open their profile.
Step 4: Under the user’s Annual Compliance, to the right of the due date, click on the edit icon. Note: the edit icon is a small box with the image of a pencil inside.
Step 5: Change the due date to a date within the next 60 days. For example, if today’s date is 02/11/2019, the date chosen should be between 02/11/2019 and 04/11/2019.
Step 6: Click on the save button.
The user will now be enrolled in their annual classes. This may take up to 10 minutes to process.
Please note, if your agency’s annual training due dates are based on the user’s hire date or on a global due date (e.g. all users’ annual training is due on December 31st each year), changing this date will not affect the user’s overall compliance dates. If you are enrolling them early in their 2019 annual training, their 2020 annual training will still be due on the 2020 anniversary of their hire date or on the 2020 global due date (e.g. December 31, 2020), depending on how your agency is structured.
