The Curriculum Management tool allows admins to create the initial and annual training bundle assigned to each caregiver added to their CareAcademy dashboard. There are advanced options to customize these bundles even further.
This article will discuss Annual Training enrollment options. This allows you to set the schedule when caregivers are enrolled in the Annual Training courses.
Step 1: Navigate to the Curriculum tab on your dashboard.
Then, select the curriculum track you would like to work with.
Step 2: Go to the Annual Training tab.
Step 3: Click the Annual Schedule button.
Step 4: Below are the possible options you will see, along with a description of each. Once you have selected the enrollment you would like to use, please press Save.
Annual Training Enrollment Options:
Immediately after initial training - Caregivers will be enrolled in the Annual Training courses as soon as they finish their initial training courses. If a caregiver is not required to take the initial training, they will be enrolled in the annual training courses immediately.
60 days before training due date - The Annual Training courses will NOT be accessible to caregivers until 60 days before the due date.
Spread out through the year - Caregivers will be enrolled in a set number of Annual Training courses on the desired frequency. The enrollments happen automatically on the first of the month. With the monthly scheduler, you can control the pace at which annual training classes are made available to your caregivers. You may want your caregivers to complete one class per month, three classes per quarter, or take training according to another schedule of your choosing!
The annual schedule settings will apply to the specific curriculum track you are editing. This means that all caregivers in a group that is linked to this curriculum track will receive these settings. Automated training reminders will begin 60 days before the due date.
If more courses remain in the Annual Training bundle as a caregiver nears their due date, the caregiver will be enrolled in all the remaining courses on their final monthly schedule before the Annual Training due date.
