It is possible to revoke an administrator's access from CareAcademy's self-service Agency Administrators page within your dashboard. If you do not have access to complete this task, please request the agency owner listed on your account to grant this privilege to you.
Step 1: Access the CareAcademy dashboard that you wish to grant admin access to.
Step 2: Select the "Account" dropdown menu and choose the "Agency Administrators" option. Upon selection, you'll be navigated to the "Agency Administrators" page where you can view all current admins.
Step 3: Select the trash icon next to the admin that you wish to revoke access from.
