What does the integration between CareAcademy and WellSky Personal Care do?
Agencies that integrate their CareAcademy and WellSky Personal Care accounts can take advantage of the following features:
- Administrators can activate, deactivate, and reactivate caregivers in CareAcademy directly from their WellSky account individually and in bulk.
- Administrators can see whether a caregiver is active or deactivated in CareAcademy directly from their WellSky Personal Care account.
- Administrators can choose whether initial or annual training is assigned to caregivers when activating in WellSky.
- Administrators can update caregiver profile information in WellSky (name, email, phone number, hire date) that will sync to CareAcademy.
- Administrators and caregivers can log in to CareAcademy via their WellSky Personal Care account (single sign-on).

How do I start my free trial of the WellSky Personal Care integration?
Step 1: Log in to your WellSky Personal Care account.
Step 2: Click on the admin dropdown menu in the upper-right hand corner - this should read the admin's first and last name. Click Agency Settings from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: In the "Power Tools Integrations" section, find "Integrated Caregiver Training with CareAcademy," click on Connect.
Step 4: Select the Get Started button.
Step 5: Review your agency information. Once confirmed, put a checkmark in the box to certify that the information is correct and select the Continue button.
Step 6: Select the Start my Trial button. Then, continue to follow the instructions.
Completing these steps will send an integration request directly to CareAcademy. Once CareAcademy has received your request, our team will begin the process of connecting your accounts.
Setup is typically completed within one business day of receiving your request. Please be aware that in some cases the CareAcademy team may need to contact you directly to confirm information before the integration can be completed, which may delay implementation.

Customers taking advantage of the 30-day free trial will only be able to connect one of their CareAcademy dashboards to one of their locations in WellSky Personal Care. Customers that move forward with the integration after the free trial may connect additional CareAcademy dashboards to additional WellSky Personal Care locations.
Will there be a cost for the integration if I wish to use it after my free trial is over?
There is not currently a fee for this integration; however, fees may apply in the future.
