Ready to develop a class in your Enterprise Portal? Here's a quick checklist of the key items you will be asked for during the class creation process.
You don't need to have every answer before you get started, but be aware that you will need to provide these details before you can publish your class and make it available to your caregivers.
- Course Title
- Course Reference Code (We recommend a format such as “CARE-0000”)
- Course Description
- Length of Course (amount of time + measure of time, e.g. “45 minutes”)
- Course Content
- Content for modules, such as PDFs, PowerPoints or mp4 videos
- Tip: If uploading a PowerPoint presentation or PDF, we recommend uploading each slide/page as its own module. This will ensure the student clicks through each slide/page individually. If a document with more than one slide/page is uploaded, the user will be able to scroll through the entire document.
- Test (if applicable)
- Question and Answer Key for Question Pool(s)
- Does the answer key include feedback explaining why the answer is correct?
- Will you be utilizing a Question Pool that was created previously?
- Score needed to pass the test (e.g. passing rate of 80% or higher)
- Number of exam attempts allowed
- Question and Answer Key for Question Pool(s)
- Survey (if applicable)
- Question Pool for course feedback
- Content for modules, such as PDFs, PowerPoints or mp4 videos
