CareAcademy's Class List feature allows administrators to save class bundles assigned via the Add Training tool for future use. For example, a Class List can be created for Dementia Care Refresher Training, in which the class list can be assigned to any caregiver in need of this training. When a class list is assigned to a caregiver, the classes become available immediately.
Note: A group of classes must first be assigned to a caregiver via the Add Training tool in order to save it as a Class List. If you would like to make the class list before any caregivers have access to it, we recommend adding yourself as a caregiver if you haven't already.

How to Create Class Lists
Step 1: Select the desired caregiver(s) by checking the box to the left of their name(s).
Step 2: Select the Bulk Actions option.
Step 3: Press Add Training.
Step 4: Select the classes you wish to include in your bundle and click the Continue button.
Step 5: Enter a Bundle Name and select the Save to my Class Lists checkbox. Then, press Enroll.
How can I assign this Class List to caregivers in the future once it's created?
Your saved Class List(s) will be easily accessible via the Add Training tool within the Class List tab.
To assign it to caregivers, please follow the steps shown above. Note: You do not have to re-fill out the Bundle Name or check the "Save to my Class Lists" box since it has already been created. The Due Date field is optional. You can press Enroll to assign the class list to your caregivers when you are ready.
