CareAcademy's Class List feature allows administrators to save class bundles assigned via the Add Training tool for future use. The Add Training tool allows admins to assign one-time training as needed. This is best used for continuing education purposes.
For example, a Class List can be created for Dementia Care Refresher Training, in which the class list can be assigned to any caregiver in need of this training.
When a class list is assigned to a caregiver, the classes become available immediately.
Note: A group of classes must first be assigned to a caregiver via the Add Training tool in order to save it as a Class List.

How to create class lists
Step 1: Select the desired caregiver(s) by selecting the checkbox next to the caregiver's name
Step 2: Select the Add Training option on the Bulk Actions ribbon
Step 3: Select the classes you wish to make available now and click the Continue button
Step 4: Enter a Bundle Name and select the Save to my Class Lists checkbox
Step 5: Click the Enroll button to assign your classes and save your class list
How can I assign this Class List to caregivers in the future once it's created?
Your saved Class Lists will be easily accessible via the Add Training tool within the Class List tab.
