CareAcademy's specialized certifications enable organizations to go above and beyond their standard training program with curated class lists designed to finetune team member skills in a vast array of different home care subjects. Our specialized certifications were designed with your different client types in mind. Once completed, specialized Certificates of Completion are also available for your training records.

How to Assign out CareAcademy Specialized Certifications
Specialized certification programs are pre-saved as Class Lists to easily assign out in bulk to your team members. The certification programs can be identified by the CareAcademy icon to the left of their title.
Step 1: Select the desired team member(s) you would like to assign the specialized certification to by selecting the checkbox next to the team member's name.
Step 2: Select the Bulk Actions option.
Step 3: Press Add Training.
Step 4: Select the Class List tab.
Step 5: Select the desired specialized certification by checking the box on the left. You are able to assign more than one at a time. Then, press Continue.
Note: You might see more or less here, depending on your current package.
Step 6: You can set a due date if you would like, but it is optional. Click the Enroll button to assign the specialized certification(s).
You will now find this certification under the team member's profile on your dashboard.
My team member has completed a specialized certification. How can I access their certificate of completion?
Currently, the specialized certificates are not automatically available via your CareAcademy dashboard. In order to receive them, please contact our Customer Support team. They will send the PDF template(s) to you directly via email. This will allow you to fill them out, and distribute them to your team member(s).
