Once you are added to an agency's dashboard, you can expect to receive a welcome email from CareAcademy's customer support team with instructions on how to log into your account.
Can't find your welcome email? Don't worry! You can use the instructions below to set up your password and log in as a new user directly from CareAcademy's login screen.
Step 1: Visit go.careacademy.com.
Step 2: Next to "Are you new?", click on the "Set Password" button.
Step 3: Enter your email address or the mobile phone number associated with your profile, then click on the "Email or Text Me" button.
Step 4: You will receive an email or text message with a link to set your password. Click on "Set my password and Login" within the message.
Step 5: Set your password by typing your preferred password into both the “New Password” section and the “Confirm New Password” section. Then, select the “Change my password” button.
Note: Your password must be at least 6 characters in length.
