Voting on a Post

To provide simple feedback on a post without leaving a comment, the CareAcademy Support Community has the option for you to “vote” a post helpful or not.  The more votes a post has, the more helpful the post is considered to be.

• To vote, select the post you wish to vote on.  
• Find the up and down arrows underneath the “Follow” button.
• If the post was helpful, click on the “up” arrow to add a positive vote.  You can only give a maximum of one positive vote per post.
• If the post was not helpful, click on the “down” arrow to remove a positive vote.  You can only remove a maximum of one positive vote per post.
