To How To Create a Customer Support Ticket From a Post of Comment
You can create a customer support ticket from a post or comment. The ticket will be sent to the CareAcademy Support team to be solved.
The ticket number will appear in the post at the top to be easily accessed. However for comments, the ticket number will appear next to the comment.
To create a ticket from a post:
- Click on the settings icon and select “Create a ticket”
- Select the requester of the ticket, either yourself or the author of the post.
- Note: if you select the author of the post as the ticket requester, they will receive an email notification.
- Select “Create ticket”
To create a ticket from a comment:
- Click on the settings icon next to the ticket and select “Create a ticket”
- Select the requester of the ticket, either yourself or the author of the post.
- Note: if you select the author of the post as the ticket requester, they will receive an email notification.
- Select “Create ticket”.
