At this time, CareAcademy provides the option to enable video captions in our class videos.
Note: This feature is not currently available for all CareAcademy course videos. To view which subtitle translations are available for each class, please visit this link. Our Content team is working to release this functionality for all videos!
Team members will have the option to select their preferred language as a one-time action upon logging in.
If you need to change your preferred language an additional time, please contact your organization.
We recommend one of the following two methods to translate your learning experience:
Method 1: Changing the language in the LMS portal
Method 2: Changing the translation settings in your webpage
Please begin by logging in to your CareAcademy account with the instructions found here.
Method 1: Changing the language in the LMS portal
Step 1: Once you have logged in to your account and pressed the Take Classes button, you will see an icon on the upper right with your initials. Click the icon.
Step 2: Upon selection, a box will appear. Please click your name to navigate to your profile.
Step 3: Press Select your language.
Step 4: The following options are available. Once you click on your choice, it will adjust automatically.
Important Note: Utilizing this method will only translate the instructions, navigation buttons, and final exam. It will not translate the lessons. Our Content and Product teams are working hard to release new translation features soon!
