This will help users navigate how to start and exit a CareAcademy class, as well as go back to a class or lesson where they left off.
Step 1: Once logged in, the number of enrolled and completed classes will appear on the main dashboard. You may scroll down to view the list of classes assigned.
If the class hasn't been started previously, select the "Start" button to begin the class.
If you would like to start where you left off on a class, select the "Resume" button.
Step 2: Once in the class, select the orange “Start” button on the upper right to begin.
To begin a lesson, press the "Start" button.
If you are going to start where you left off on a lesson, select the "Resume" button.
Step 3: You will need to complete a section of a lesson (i.e. watch the video in full or complete the short quiz) in order for you to be able to move on to the next section. You may find more details on how to move on to the next section of a lesson here.
If you decide to stop at any point during the lesson, please select the Save and exit button on the upper right hand side of the screen in order to close the class and save your progress.
Step 4: Complete and exit the current lesson by selecting the "Next Module" button. You may find more details on how to move to the next lesson of a class here.
