Training groups within the Team page allow admins to create and manage the initial and annual training bundle assigned to a training group in their organization. Advanced options allow you to customize the experience further.
This article will discuss Annual Training enrollment options. This allows you to set the schedule for when a training group is enrolled in the annual training courses.
Step 1: Navigate to the Team tab on your dashboard.
Step 2: Select the Training team that you want to modify the curriculum options for
Step 3: Head down to Annual Training and on its right side, select Edit
Step 4: Click the Annual Schedule button.
Step 5: Below are the possible options available. Once you have selected the annual training schedule you would like to use, please press Save.
Annual Training Enrollment Options:
Immediately after initial training - Team members will be enrolled in the Annual Training courses as soon as they finish their initial training courses. If a team member is not required to take the initial training, they will be enrolled in the annual training courses immediately.
60 days before training due date - The Annual Training courses will NOT be accessible to team members until 60 days before the due date.
Spread out through the year - Team members will be enrolled in a set number of Annual Training courses on the desired frequency. The enrollments happen automatically on the first of the month. With the monthly scheduler, you can control the cadence at which annual training classes are made available to your team members. You may want your team members to complete one class per month, three classes per quarter, or take training according to another schedule of your choosing!
The annual schedule settings will apply to the specific curriculum track you are editing. This means that all team members in a group linked to this curriculum track will receive these settings. Automated training reminders will begin 60 days before the due date.
If more courses remain in the Annual Training bundle as a team member nears their due date, the team member will be enrolled in all the remaining courses on their final monthly schedule before the Annual Training due date.
