CareAcademy supports two administrative roles: agency administrators and franchisor managers.
Currently, both have the same permissions for a given agency. However:
- Agency administrators can only manage the agencies that are specifically assigned to them.
- Franchisor managers manage all of the agencies related to the franchisor. Note: This option is available in Tier 2 and Tier 3 packages.
Both roles can use one login for all agencies they manage. Their caregiver account also uses the same login so that admins can easily take our classes.
