CareAcademy currently has four administrator roles. All administrator roles have the ability to manage the dashboard they are associated with, which includes the following:
- Caregiver Management
- Training Management
- Curriculum Management
- Reporting + Messaging
The differences between roles includes:

- Billing Management

Agency Owner
- Ability to add/remove/edit other administrators
- Ability to add seats and perform future billing functions
- Can only manage the dashboards they are administrators for
- Can be added as a role for administrators under Agency Administrators by Franchise Managers and other Agency Owners
- Role tag is currently available under Agency Administrators
Billing Manager
- Ability to add seats and perform future billing functions
- Can only manage the dashboards they are administrators for
- Can be added as a role for administrators under Agency Administrators by Franchise Managers and Agency Owners
- Role tag is currently available under Agency Administrators
Agency Manager
- Can only manage the dashboards they are administrators for
- Can be added as a role for administrators under Agency Administrators by Franchise Managers and agency owners
- Note: There is not currently a role tag available for Agency Managers. If an administrator is invited to the dashboard via Agency Administrators and the box is not checked for Agency Owner nor Billing Manager, they are considered an Agency Manager.
Franchise Manager
- Ability to add/remove/edit other administrators
- Ability to add seats and perform future billing functions
- Can manage all agencies in their franchise
- Can be added as a role by contacting our Customer Support team
In the example below, Draco Malfoy is an Agency Owner, Harry Potter is an Agency Manager, and Ron Weasley is a Billing Manager.
If none of the three are Franchise Managers:
- They can all add/edit/remove caregivers, assign training, modify curriculum, send messages, and pull reports on this dashboard.
- Draco can also add/edit/remove administrators on this dashboard.
- Draco and Ron can also add seats and perform future billing functions on this dashboard.
Note: It is possible that one or more of these administrators could also be franchise managers. If that is the case, they would have more tasks they could perform as noted above under Franchise Manager.
