Previewing Your Course:
Once you have finished adding content to your course, you can preview it before publishing it to your CareAcademy dashboard.
Step 1: Click Actions on the upper right when you are in your course.
Step 2: Click Preview course.
Step 3: To exit the course preview, click Back to Course. To edit the content you are previewing, click Edit this Module. Both of these options can be found on the bottom right corner of the screen.
Publishing Your Course:
Once you are happy with the contents, settings, and order of your course, you can publish it.
Step 1: Click Actions.
Step 2: Select Publish.
Step 3: Click Yes to confirm. Once published, your course will be available to be assigned on your CareAcademy dashboard. Note: This typically only takes 10-15 minutes. However, it is dependent on traffic.
