Once you have integrated your CareAcademy and eRSP accounts, you can start adding caregivers to CareAcademy via your eRSP dashboard.

What does the integration between CareAcademy and eRSP do?
Agencies that integrate their CareAcademy and eRSP accounts can take advantage of the following features:
- Administrators can activate caregivers in CareAcademy directly from their eRSP account individually.
- Administrators can choose whether initial or annual training is assigned to caregivers when activating in eRSP.
- Administrators can update caregiver profile information in eRSP (name, email, phone number, hire date) that will sync to CareAcademy.
- Caregivers can log in to CareAcademy via their eRSP desktop or mobile app (single sign-on).
Our team is continuing to build additional integration features and will expand this list as new features are released.
How to Add a Caregiver from eRSP into CareAcademy:
Step 1: Log into eRSP and click on Accounts on the left side of the menu at the top of the dashboard.
Step 2: Select Caregivers from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: On the Caregivers page, click on the name of the caregiver you would like to add to CareAcademy to open their profile.
Step 4: Scroll down to the section titled CareAcademy and click on Add to CareAcademy.
Step 5: The caregiver's information will be prefilled based on the information in their profile, so skip right to the training requirements section.
Is Initial Training Required?: Setting this option to YES will automatically enroll the caregiver in the Initial Training classes in your CareAcademy default curriculum. Setting this option to NO will allow the caregiver to skip the initial training classes in your default curriculum and go straight to Annual Training.
Is Annual Training Overdue?: Setting this option to YES will set the caregiver's training due date to their most recently passed training anniversary based on the due date rules in your CareAcademy dashboard, and enroll the caregiver in all annual training classes immediately. Setting this option to NO will set the caregiver's training to date to their upcoming training anniversary and enroll the caregiver in classes based on the annual training schedule in your CareAcademy dashboard.

Step 6: Next, use the Student Type dropdown menu to select the caregiver's job role.
Step 7: From the Location dropdown menu, assign the caregiver to a CareAcademy dashboard.
Step 8: If the caregiver is licensed, fill in their license information.
Step 9: Once all information is entered, click the Add button at the bottom of the module to finish adding the caregiver into CareAcademy.
Step 10: The caregiver will now appear in your CareAcademy dashboard and the CareAcademy section of their eRSP profile will now show the information you selected.
