What is the Self-Serve Video Library?
The Self-Serve Video Library is a searchable collection of over 260 short videos (typically 2–3 minutes long) covering a wide range of caregiving topics. Team members can access this content independently through their dashboard—no enrollment or admin action is required.
This feature is designed to:
- Support just-in-time training in real-world caregiving scenarios
- Reinforce and refresh skills learned through assigned training
- Offer credible content in place of informal or unverified sources
- Promote continuous learning and professional growth
Topics include dementia care, assisting with daily activities, health conditions, documentation and reporting, and home safety. Content is relevant across all care settings.
How to Access the Self-Serve Video Library
For Caregivers

Log in to the Caregiver Dashboard.
- Locate the Self-serve video library on the bottom of the page.
- Use the search bar to explore videos by topic or keyword.
- Select a video to begin watching. Progress is saved automatically.
Caregiver view:
For Admins

Log in to the Organization Dashboard.
- Select Self-serve video library from the top right drop-down menu.
- Browse or search the collection to preview content.
