CareAcademy is offering a complimentary, 14-day free trial of its Spectrum Teletrack integration to current Spectrum Teletrack customers.

What does the integration between CareAcademy and Spectrum TeleTrack do?
Organizations that integrate their CareAcademy and Spectrum TeleTrack accounts can take advantage of the following features:
- Administrators can log in to CareAcademy via Spectrum TeleTrack (single sign-on).
- Administrators can see whether a team member is active or deactivated in CareAcademy directly from their Spectrum TeleTrack account.
- Administrators can activate, deactivate, and reactivate team members in CareAcademy directly from their Spectrum TeleTrack account individually.
Our team is continuing to build additional integration features and will expand this list as new features are released.
How do I start my free trial of the Spectrum TeleTrack integration?
Step 1: Log into Spectrum TeleTrack and click on Company Information on the right side of your home screen.
Step 2: Confirm that the following fields are filled in. CareAcademy will need this information to create your free trial:
- Primary Contact
- Address 1
- Address 2
- City
- State
- Zip
If you update or add any information, make sure to click Update at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: Return to your Spectrum TeleTrack home page and click on CareAcademy at the bottom of the General Activities section.
Step 4: On the next page, click on the blue text in the middle that says "Click here to start your 14-day free trial of CareAcademy."
Step 5: Your free trial is now created! Click on the blue text that says "please click here to resync all caregivers" to add all of your active team members into CareAcademy.
Step 6: Once your team members are added, click on the blue text that says "Click here to access your CareAcademy dashboard" to navigate to CareAcademy.
Now that you're integrated, you can also always click on CareAcademy on your Spectrum TeleTrack home page to navigate directly into your CareAcademy account!
