As an administrator, you will be able to send a text message to your team members through the dashboard. These text messages can be sent individually or in bulk. Note: This feature does not send emails.
Please note that in order to message a team member via the dashboard. , the team member must first have a phone number on file. For information on how to edit team member information and add a phone number, review this article.
You will be able to monitor all outgoing and incoming messages through the Message Log. It is also possible to see if a team member has responded to a message sent via the CareAcademy dashboard on the dashboard and in the Message Log. For more information about the Message Log, please see here.

How to Message Team Members Individually
Step 1: Log in to go.careacademy.com.
Step 2: Locate the team member you want to send the message to. Select "Message" to the right of their name and due date.
Step 3: Type your message and select "Send".
Here, you have the ability to send the message to all team members by pressing the "add all team members" button. This can also be undone with a "reset to selected team members" button if needed.
NOTE: Responses to messages sent from the dashboard are directed to CareAcademy's Customer Support team. Although an administrator can see the response(s) logged in their dashboard's Message Log, they will not receive a notification when a team member responds. We recommend that administrators include their name and contact information in their message to a team member if they are reaching out regarding a time-sensitive matter.
Below the "Message" button, you will see two icons. The one on the left will show you if and when the last reply came through. The icon on the right will show you if and when a message was last sent. If you click on either of these icons, it will navigate you to the Message Log to see the actual messages.
How to Message Multiple/All Team Members
Step 1: Log in to go.careacademy.com.
Step 2: Locate the team members you want to send the message to, and select the box to the left of their name. To select all team members, check the box to the left of "Name/Phone".
Step 3: Select "Bulk Actions".
Step 4: Press "Send Text Message".
Step 5: Type your message and select "Send".
