CareAcademy Insights is an email that delivers actionable insights to agency administrators and franchisor managers.
Agency administrators get information about caregivers who have not started training, are out of compliance, or have failed exams and are out of attempts.
Franchisor managers get information about their agencies' number of active caregivers, % of caregivers who have not started training, % of caregivers who have overdue initial training, and % of caregivers who have overdue annual training.

What are the different sections of the email?

What insights are included in the email?
- Training Not Started
- The top bar of your CareAcademy Insights email shows the percentage of active caregivers who are have not started initial training.
- Initial Training Overdue
- This is the number of active caregivers at your organization who are overdue on initial training.
- The top bar of your CareAcademy Insights email shows the percentage of active caregivers who are overdue to complete their initial training.

The Initial Training Overdue section shows the total number of caregivers that are overdue (listed at the top of the section) as well as the first five caregivers that are overdue.

For each caregiver listed, you'll see:

the caregiver's name
-
the percentage of initial training the caregiver has completed (at the time the email was sent)

the caregiver's initial training due date (if applicable)

- If you have more than 5 caregivers overdue on initial training, you can navigate to your CareAcademy dashboard to see the full list of caregivers that are overdue.
- This is the number of active caregivers at your organization who are overdue on initial training.
- Annual Training Overdue
- This is the number of active caregivers at your organization who are overdue on annual training.
- The top bar of your CareAcademy Insights email shows the percentage of active caregivers who are overdue to complete their annual training.

How often does it send?
- Emails are sent weekly on Tuesdays at 11:45 AM (Eastern).
I didn't get an email this week. Why not?
- Agency administrator emails will be sent to administrators associated with agencies that:
- Are active
- Have data to display
- Have not opted out
- Has at least 10 caregivers
For Franchisor Managers:

- Training Not Started
- This is the percentage of active caregivers at each organization who have not started initial training.
- Note: The organizations are sorted by the percentage of Training Not Started in ascending order.
- This is the percentage of active caregivers at each organization who have not started initial training.
- Initial Training Overdue
- This is the percentage of active caregivers at each organization who are overdue on initial training.
- Annual Training Overdue
- This is the percentage of active caregivers at each organization who are overdue on annual training.
How often does it send?
- Emails are sent monthly on the third Tuesday of every month at 11:45 AM (Eastern).
Why am I not receiving this email?
- Franchisor manager emails will be sent to franchisor managers associated with franchisors that:
- Have at least 5 organizations
- Have data to display
- Have not opted out
- Note: Only organizations with at least one caregiver will be displayed.
For All Administrators:
How do you unsubscribe?
- If an administrator wants to stop receiving these emails, use the "Stop receiving CareAcademy Insights" button from within the email. This can be found on the bottom left below the table.
- Note: It will NOT impact other CareAcademy notifications (e.g. from the dashboard) or marketing or transactional emails.
What email address do the emails come from? Where do replies go?
