Team Member Dashboard
If a team member’s preferred language is Spanish, they will see a translated version of the new team member dashboard.
Team Member Reminders and Notifications
If a team member's preferred language is Spanish, they will receive reminders (text and/or email) in Spanish. This includes their welcome emails, password reset messages, and training reminders.
Class Enrollments
If a team member’s preferred language is Spanish and a class they're assigned has a Spanish version available, the team member will be enrolled in the Spanish version of the class.

Class Content
We have nearly 120 CareAcademy classes fully translated into Spanish. Some videos have also been fully translated into Spanish as well.

Classes with fully translated Spanish versions are tagged with the label Spanish.
Admin Dashboard
Administrators can easily see a team member's set language in the team member details view.
If a team member is enrolled in a Spanish version of a class, the administrator will see "Spanish" at the end of the class name in the administrator dashboard, reports, and certificates.
