Each CareAcademy final exam allows the learner to have six attempts to score the passing rate of 80%. Note: "Overview COVID-19" requires a 100% passing score.

If you have run out of exam attempts, please contact the CareAcademy Customer Support team via email, phone or chat. We'd be more than happy to reset the test attempts for you.
