CareAcademy requires users to complete a final exam at the end of each course. You must receive at least an 80% on the final exam in order to pass.
Note: Our Overview of COVID-19 class is an exception: You must receive 100% on the final exam in order to pass.
Step 1: To begin the exam, click on the “Start Exam” button on your screen.

Step 2: To choose an answer for each exam question, click on one of the circles next to the desired answer option.
Step 3: To go to the next question, select the “Next Question” button. (To go back to a question, select the “Previous Question” button.)

Step 5: Once you have answered all the questions, select the "Submit Answers" button and confirm by selecting the "Submit Answers" button again that will pop up on your screen.

Tips:
- On the left side of your screen is the “Course Contents” bar. Underneath is a “My Progress” bar, which shows your progress in the course. (This can be seen by selecting the "Course Contents" button if on a mobile device.)
- Once you have completed any attempt at the final exam, you will arrive at the score screen. Once there, you can scroll down to see the questions along with whether your answer was right or wrong, and under "Feedback" you can see the lesson in which the answer can be found. - Have you run out of test attempts? Please contact Customer Support, and we would be more than happy to reset your test attempts for you.
