Deactivating team members from your dashboard will disable team members from accessing their classes. However, they will still be able to access their certificates.
If you are currently integrated with one of our partners, changes to user information must be completed on their application/website to be synced with CareAcademy automatically.
Step 1: Log in to your admin dashboard via go.careacademy.com.
Step 2: Access the Team page by selecting the "Team" Icon on the upper left side of your dashboard
Step 2: Search for the team member using the search feature in our Team member table
Step 3: Select the team member by clicking on the checkbox next to their name
Step 4: Click the drop-down arrow next to the "Actions" button located in the top right corner, just above the team member’s name.
Step 5: Select "Deactivate"
Step 6: You can deactivate team members in bulk by selecting the checkbox to the left of each team member you wish to deactivate. To select all team members, check the box to the left of "Name". Then, click the "Actions" button at the top right corner
Step 7: Select "Deactivate"
You can also deactivate an individual team member while viewing their profile. Simply click the three dots next to the "Add Training" button and select "Deactivate" from the menu
It is possible to deactivate team members individually and in bulk from the "Insights" page. To do this, either search for a specific team member or check the box next to each team member you want to deactivate. Then, click the "Bulk Actions" button

Locate the team members you want to deactivate and select the box to the left of their name. To select all team members, check the box to the left of "Name". Then, click the "Bulk Actions" button
Select the "Deactivate" option
Confirm you would like to deactivate the team members. Once deactivated, you'll receive a notification in the lower right corner of the admin dashboard confirming their status. You can view the deactivated team members on the "Deactivated Members" page.
