Under each team member's profile, you will see the current training they are enrolled in. At times, there will be more than one bundle of training. Each bundle is identifiable with a dropdown menu title.
Note: Team Members are now able to see the bundle names on the new team member dashboard! They will match what the administrator sees.
If there is more than one bundle assigned to a team member, administrators have the ability to transfer a class from one training bundle to another. This may be the case if additional training was assigned outside of annual training, for example, but you would now like the team member to complete the class as part of their annual training.
Please see the steps below for instructions on how to transfer a class from one bundle to another:
Step 1: Log in to your dashboard at go.careacademy.com, and expand the profile of the team member you would like to transfer a class for.
Step 2: If the team member has more than one training bundle, you can use the actions button next to each class that is eligible to be transferred. Find the class you want to transfer, and press the menu button.
Step 3: Select the "Move to Another Training Bundle" option.
Step 4: Using the dropdown menu, choose the bundle you would like the class to be transferred to. Then, press Move.
