It's possible to control the order in which your team members see the classes assigned to them in CareAcademy. It is especially useful for organizations operating in a state that requires certain classes to be taken prior to others, or for organizations who wish for their organization-specific content to appear first in the team member dashboard.
Note: Changes made to an existing curriculum track will only be applied to future class enrollments. If your team members are already enrolled in these classes, their classes will not be reordered.
Step 1: Access the training group's curriculum if you need help getting there, visit this article
Step 2: Select the button "Reorder classes" which will then display an interactable field on the left of each class
Step 3: Click and drag the dotted rectangle to the left of a class title to change the position. When classes have been rearranged, select the "Done Reordering" button.
Classes will appear for your team members in the same order you list them here. In other words, the first class listed at the top of your class list will appear first in your team members' dashboard. Classes will be released in order, from top to bottom.
Step 4: IMPORTANT: The Publish Changes button must be clicked and confirmed in order for the changes to go into effect.
