Step 1: Log into your CareAcademy dashboard via https://go.careacademy.com.
Step 2: Once logged in to the dashboard, you can filter the team members you are viewing on the dashboard with the following buttons:
- “All Your Team Members” shows all of the active team members on your dashboard.
- "Initial Training Incomplete" lets you easily find a list of team members who still need to complete their initial training, and may not yet be eligible to work.
- “Annual Training Due Soon” displays the team members who have 60 days or less to complete their annual training.
- “Annual Training Overdue” shows the team members who are past due on their annual training.
Note: The tabs are indicated by labels located right underneath the name of your dashboard at the top of your screen.
