'Complete Status' reports and Completion Certificate reports are included in all packages. 'Incomplete Status' reports and specific class reports are only included in the Business/Complete package. For more information, contact our Customer Support team.
If you have the Business/Complete package, CareAcademy makes it possible to generate a report for specific classes with a "Complete" status or "Incomplete" status directly from your dashboard.
Step 1: On your Admin Dashboard, select Reports.
Step 2: Select the type of report that you would like to generate in the "Specific Classes" section.
"Complete Status" generates a report of all team members that have completed specific classes.
"Incomplete Status" generates a report of all team members that have not started or are in progress with specific classes. Note: The class must be currently assigned to the team member for them to appear on this report.
Step 3: Select the classes you would like to generate this report for by selecting the checkbox next to each desired class. At least one class must be selected. Once classes have been selected, select the "Print Report" button.
Upon selection, your compliance report will be generated in a new tab. You will then be able print or export your updated report.
